We reserve our right to terminate without notice the membership of any User if we believe that the User has provided any false information to us when registering for or using this Website.
You are required to follow any terms and conditions made available to you within the Services.By using our Services, you agree that you will not have any right to ownership in Supplymint and/or any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content accessed by you. The content from our Services may not be used unless you obtain authorization in regard thereto from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. You are not permitted to use any branding or logos associated with or used in our Services, except as may be specifically permitted by us vide an express agreement. Pertaining to your use of our Services, we may send you announcements, administrative messages and other information. You may opt-out of these communications should you wish to.
Our Services include online Portal and Mobile Application for the Purpose of Supply Chain Solutions.
You agree to (a) provide accurate, current and complete information about you as may be prompted or required by the Website (“Registration Data”); (b) maintain the security and confidentiality of your user name and password; (c) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data and any other information you provide to Supplymint, and to keep it accurate, current and complete; and (d) be fully responsible for all use of your user name and password and for any actions that take place using your account. Supplymint has no control over the use of any User’s account and expressly disclaims any liability derived therefrom. Supplymint is not responsible for any claims relating to any inaccurate, untimely or incomplete information provided to Supplymint.
You may need an account in order to access some of our Services. And your account is assigned to you by Supplymint. The administrator can create the users to access the portal. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or account, please mail us immediately at support@supplumint.com
Once you have accessed the Portal and become an account holder/User you shall be entitled to use the Services upon payment of the fee stipulated for such use from time to time.
The following important provisions apply to all of our fee-based services:
You represent that you are at least the minimum age required to enter into a legal agreement. You agree to pay us for any fee-based Services you purchase from us, as well as all other charges incurred under your account, including applicable taxes and fees. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account, including purchases made by you or anyone you allow to use your account or any sub-or linked accounts (including any person with implied, actual, or apparent authority) or anyone who gains access to your account as a result of your failure to safeguard your authentication credentials.
You authorize and direct us to charge your designated payment method for these charges or, if it fails, to charge any other payment method you have on file with us, even if we received it in association with other fee-based services. You are responsible for all charges even if your payment method fails or is denied. You authorize and direct us to retain all information about any payment method(s) associated with your account. We may import payment information you entered during a prior purchase and provide you with the option to use that payment information during the purchase of a new product. You permit us to obtain and use updated information from the issuer of your payment method in accordance with the policies and procedures of any applicable card brands. We may in some instances continue charging a payment method past its expiration date at our discretion and subject to the payment processors’ or issuing bank’s approval. Surcharges may apply if you use certain payment methods, such as payment from your checking or savings account.
We may charge for fee-based Services in advance and on a daily, monthly, yearly, lump sum, or other bases in accordance with the stated terms, as long as your subscription remains active, even if you have not used the Service or accessed your online account.
All charges are nonrefundable unless provided otherwise in the terms you agree to when you register for a fee-based Service, or as otherwise specified below.
User acknowledges and agrees that Supplymint is not responsible or liable in any manner for any User Content or Third Party Websites, Applications or Content posted on or accessible from the Website whether posted or caused by Users, by Supplymint or by third parties. Although we provide rules for User conduct and postings, we do not control or monitor and are not responsible for what Users post, transmit or share on the Website and are not responsible for any offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful or otherwise objectionable content you may encounter on the Website. Supplymint is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any User of the Website. The Website may be temporarily unavailable from time to time for maintenance or other reasons. Supplymint assumes no responsibility and will have no liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, User communications or access to the Website and Supplymint cannot and does not guarantee that any personal information entered by users will not be misappropriated, intercepted, deleted, destroyed or used by others. Supplymint is not responsible for any technical malfunction or other problems of any telephone network or service, computer systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software or failure of email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at the Website or any combination thereof, including injury or damage to User’s or to any other person’s computer or other hardware or software, related to or resulting from using or downloading materials in connection with the world wide web and/or in connection with the Website. Under no circumstances will Supplymint be responsible for any loss or damage, including any loss or damage to any User Content or personal injury or death, resulting from anyone’s use of the Website or any User Content or Third Party Websites, Software or Content posted on or through the Website or transmitted to Users, or any interactions between Users of the Website, whether online or offline.

We make no assurances, commitments or warranties about the content within the services or content linked from the services, the support we provide for the services, the specific functions of the services, the security of the services, or the services’ reliability, quality, accuracy, availability, or ability to meet your needs, provide certain outputs or achieve specific outcomes.
Supplymint, as well as the purpose and information included in the website, is the valuable, exclusive property of Supplymint, and extinction in certain Terms shall be interpreted as transporting or assigning any such ownership rights to you or any other person or entity.
You may not redistribute, broadcast or transfer the information or use the information in a searchable, machine-readable database unless distinctly and particularly authorized in writing by Supplymint before such use. You may not rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, transfer, duplicate, reproduce, publicly display, publish, adapt, store or time-share Supplymint, any part thereof, or any of the information received or obtained therefrom to or through any other person or entity unless individually and specially authorized in writing by Supplymint before such use.
Using the Services does not grant you ownership of any intellectual or other property rights or interests in the Services or the content you access. You must not use any branding or logos used in the Services unless Supplymint has given you separate explicit written permission. You may not remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with the Services. Unless you have explicit written permission, you must not reproduce, modify, rent, lease, sell, trade, distribute, transmit, broadcast, publicly perform, create derivative works based on, or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion or use of, or access to, the Services (including content, APIs, and software).
To the broadest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree and understand that Supplymint entities will not be liable for: any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, treble or other multiples of losses, exemplary or disciplinary damages arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the services. Supplymint entities are not responsible for any lost profits, lost revenues, lost business opportunities, diminution in value, including any alleged loss or diminution in value of personal information, or any other losses arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of or access to the services, including, but Not limited to, losses resulting from or in connection with: the deletion of, alteration of, misdelivery of, or failure to store data maintained or transmitted by the services; the limiting, suspension or termination of your account; your downloading or sharing of information, including personal information, via the services; the unauthorized access to your account or any data maintained or transmitted by the services; links provided by the services or third parties to external sites or resources; your dealings with or participation in promotions of promoters found on or through the services; or any good or services sold by such advertisers. Supplymint entities will not be liable for problems caused by others, the wrongful or unlawful actions of third parties, or an act of god. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supplymint entities are not liable in connection with any disputes that arise out of or relate to these terms or services for any amount greater than the amount you paid to us for the services.
These Terms control the relationship between Supplymint and you. They do not create any third-party beneficiary rights. If there is a conflict or inconsistency between the terms in this document and the additional terms associated with a particular Service, the additional terms will control solely for that conflict or inconsistency.
If there is any dispute between these Terms and other documents, these Terms shall govern, irrespective of whether such other documents are before or subsequent to these Terms, or is signed or declared by any director, officer, employee, representative of Supplymint.
Supplymint may terminate your access to the web portal, we may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether and/or prohibit you from using or accessing the Web portal for any reason, or no reason, at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice. Such termination may, but will not necessarily, be accompanied by the termination of your membership in Supplymint.
These Terms and the relationship between the parties, including any claim or dispute that might arise between the parties, whether sounding in contract, tort, or otherwise, will be governed by the laws of the Indian. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Gurugram, (Haryana) India for all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site/Application. without regard to its conflict of law provisions. In no event will the parties bring claims against one another under the laws of another jurisdiction.
The failure of Supplymint to practice or execute any right or provision of these Terms will not establish a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision (or part of a provision) of these Terms is found to be invalid, Supplymint and you nevertheless agree to give effect to the intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.
Supplymint prohibits sending unsolicited emails, messages and material or Content uploaded on to the website. using the Services. You may not in connection with the Services engage in Commercial activity on non-commercial properties or high volume activity without Supplymint prior written consent. You may not engage in conductor activity that is disruptive to the Services or the experience of other users.
