Terms of Use for Access of Supplymint Website and/or Free Trial of Supplymint SaaS Platform by TurningCloud Solutions Pvt Ltd ("SM")

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, browsing or using this Supplymint Website, App and/or SaaS Platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

2. PURPOSE & ACCESS

Access to the website, and/or this limited period free trial use of the Platform is intended to provide information about SM and its cloud-based software services for supply chain planning and operations, the Supplymint SaaS Platform.

It is not intended to provide legal, financial, or insurance advice. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are:

• (ii)have provided true and accurate information in order to register to use the Platform ("Registration Data"), and
• (iii)agree to abide by all provisions of these Terms.
