1. INTRODUCTION

TurningCloud Solutions Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our", "SM") provides cloud-based software for supply chain planning and operations. This Hosting & Security Policy explains how the Supplymint Website and SaaS Platform ("Platform") is hosted, secured, and operated.

2. SCOPE

This Policy applies to all users of our Platform, including end users of subscribing customers.

3. INFRASTRUCTURE & HOSTING

The Platform is hosted on commercially recognized cloud infrastructure located in India. SM may change hosting providers, data center locations, or infrastructure components provided that materially equivalent security and availability are maintained. SM retains sole control over system architecture, design, and configuration.

4. AVAILABILITY

  • SM targets 98% uptime per calendar month, excluding:

    • Scheduled maintenance
    • Emergency maintenance
    • Force majeure
    • Customer systems, networks, or devices
    • Internet or telecom failures
    • Cyber incidents or attacks
  • Availability is measured solely by SM's internal monitoring systems.

5. BACKUPS & DATA RECOVERY

SM performs encrypted daily backups of Customer Data. Backups are retained for a maximum of 7 days. Backups are maintained for disaster recovery only. Customer has no right to obtain backup files.

6. DISASTER RECOVERY

    SM maintains disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

  • Target recovery objectives:

    • RTO (Recovery Time Objective): 12 hours
    • RPO (Recovery Point Objective): Up to T-1 (one day)

    These targets are not guarantees.

7. SECURITY & ACCESS CONTROLS

SM implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including:

  • Encryption of data in transit
  • Logical access controls
  • Role-based access
  • Firewalls and network security
  • Secure data centers
  • Logging and monitoring of administrative access

SM restricts access to production systems to authorized personnel only. Customer is responsible for managing access of its Authorized Users.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. You are responsible for regularly checking the Policy, determining if there have been any changes and reviewing such changes.

9. ORDER OF PRECEDENCE

Where the Platform is used by a business customer under a signed Software as a Service (SaaS) Subscription Agreement ("MSA"), the MSA controls and govern this relationship. In the absence of an MSA, the Terms of Service governs the relationship between SM and the user, and the former prevails over the latter in the event of any conflict. For liability and other matters not contained in this Policy, the MSA or Terms of Service, as applicable, control.
